Casa Serena is a beautiful villa that is characterized by its colonial design, the spacious bedrooms and a beautiful patio with the pool, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Located in a private gated community outside of Puerto Escondido, it is ideal to enjoy nature and privacy. Wide, long & lonely beaches on the beautiful coast of Oaxaca, right in front of your house.
The villa is equipped with 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms for guests and a bedroom for children. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air condition and ventilators. The complementary interior spaces are a study with a TV room and a gym. In addition, the villa has a modern kitchen equipped with refrigerator and freezers. It has enough space to receive a personal chef.
The outdoor spaces include a palapa that houses the living room along with the dining room and the garden equipped with pool, lounge chairs and hammocks.

Casa Serena is located in a gated community 5 minutes away by car from the airport and Puerto Escondido. On a beach known as Playa Delfines.
The neighborhood has only a few houses, so it is a very quiet area with a lot of privacy.
Inside the property there is a house where the maintenance manager lives, due to this the house has security and assistance of the staff 24 hours a day.
