Casa Quetzal is located in the private, quiet, secluded and prestigious residential area, which is located 15 minutes drive outside the city of Puerto Escondido. This beautiful and luxurious beach house was designed to let the users experience prime location and the breathtaking beauty of nature in an open house that at the same time cause feelings of safety and comfort.
If you are interested in traveling with your family, the house will provide enough space and privacy for each of you. Easy movable doors will give each room more privacy when closed and a free view to the ocean while being open.
Next to two charming guest bedrooms and a stunning master bedroom with beach front, a beautiful suite with one bedroom, bathroom, closet and a fully equipped kitchen is integrated. Here you will have the chance to have all your loved ones with you, but giving each the opportunity to enjoy full privacy.

Rancho Neptuno
Rancho Neptuno is located ca. 9km south of the center of town, and 80 km northwest of Huatulco, the property covers over 200 acres of land. The entire property is between the ocean and lagoons, whereas Casa Quetzal is right on the Beach.

Rancho Neptuno will give you the peace and quiet surrounding you need to relax and all the privacy that only neighbours or birds will visit the beach with you. This spot still has some untouched nature spots, lovely to discover by boat. During the winter month you might even get the chance to see some wales and dolphins playing in the ocean, just in the backyard of this beautiful house.

If you do want to discover Puerto Escondido, go shopping at the local market or have some freshly made fish tacos, the growing town is only a short ride away.

COMMUNITY RULES. *
Rancho Neptuno is a private community that fosters the peace and tranquility of the inhabitants. It is important that guests respect the following rules of this community:

- Do not drive over the speed limit.
- Do not raise the volume of the sound system to a level that could disturb the neighbors.
- Turn off the sound system after 10 o'clock at night.
- Parties or private events that may disturb neighbors are prohibited.
* In case of not respecting these rules, the internal regulation of the neighborhood includes economic sanctions of which Hola Villa is not responsible.
