Casa Mar is a beautiful beach villa which is designed to enjoy being outside and still have complete privacy. All bedrooms are built around the pool, so that the pool and the patio are the center of the house. The villa features the living room, kitchen, dining area, studio and one guest bedroom on the ground level and a master suite on the second level with a private terrace.
The guest bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, nice wooden cuppboards, and a private bathroom with an outside shower. The Master suite on the second floor features a king size bed, a private bathroom with an outside shower and access to a second floor terrace. In addition to the two charming bedrooms, the villa has a media room, which is equipped with a TV and two sofa beds. From here you have a wonderful view on the inside yard and the pool as well.
Furthermore, there is a modern and exquisitely equipped kitchen with a refrigerator & freezer, a barbecue, cooking area.
The outdoor areas include two roof top terraces with a beautiful view on the ocean. The perfect place to enjoy the colorful sunsets over the Pacific ocean.
